On Brains and the real world zombies around us.

I’m a bit winded today. Brains are weird. It’s peculiar that as a brain you can think about yourself. I wonder sometimes if thinking about oneself is the same as a perpetual motion machine. Because of entropy, or some similar law like it, do we lose something in the conversion? Are we doomed to always be just too close to the device to decipher it? Or will the collective meta mind of humanity be enough to decipher the micromind of a human.

I don’t have an answer personally. I barely have the energy to write. But I did want to leave this post with two great and relevant videos. Something I might start doing more often. Engaging content to fill the gap when I can’t ignite my brain. The first is a video about the nervous system and a bit about how your synapses work. In particular the wonders of action potential. It’s hosted by the ever interesting Hank Green. The second video is about brain parasites and will give you a glimpse into the world of mind control. It’s hosted by Joe Hanson. His jaw line is as strong as his understanding of science. Both of them seem like really neat folks.
